Consent to Photo and Video Recording and Use of Image

By ticking the box “I agree to be photographed and filmed at festival events”, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, give my consent to MEDIAFEST LLC (TIN 9710026955, PSRN 1177746326680, address: floor 2, premises I, room 206, 11 Maly Kozikhinsky Lane, bldg. 1, Moscow, 123001, Russia) (the “Organiser”) as follows.

1. Recording

1.1. Photo and video recording of me, including sound, during events of the 10th International Film Festival “Eurasian Bridge” on 5–9 October 2026 at the Illusion cinema: screenings, opening and closing ceremonies, discussions, in the foyer and the press area.
1.2. Recording is carried out by the Organiser's photographers and camera operators and by accredited media.

2. Use of image

2.1. The Organiser may use the resulting photo and video materials featuring my image and voice free of charge:
- at ebff.ru, on the official Festival website and the Festival's official social media and messenger accounts;
- in media coverage of the Festival;
- in reports for Festival partners and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation;
- in information and promotional materials for future “Eurasian Bridge” festivals, including print.

2.2. The Organiser may edit and crop the materials and add captions without distorting their meaning. Use in a defamatory context is not permitted.

3. Dissemination of personal data

3.1. This consent is also consent to the dissemination of my personal data — image, voice, and my name where it appears in captions — for the purposes in section 2 on the resources listed in clause 2.1.
3.2. I may set prohibitions and conditions on the processing of this data by the general public by e-mailing v.kolontay@moscowfilmfestival.ru.
3.3. The Organiser does not use my image to identify me and does not process it as biometric personal data.

4. Term and withdrawal

4.1. This consent is valid for 5 years from the date it is given.
4.2. I may withdraw it by e-mailing v.kolontay@moscowfilmfestival.ru. The Organiser will then stop any new use of materials featuring me and remove them from resources it controls. Withdrawal does not apply to materials published by third parties (including media) before it was received.

5. Other

5.1. I understand that recording at a public event may take place without consent in the cases provided for in Article 152.1(1)(2) of the Civil Code. If I do not wish to be filmed, I can tell the photographer or the guest service.
