Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is a translation for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

By completing the registration form at ebff.ru and ticking the box “I give consent to the processing of my personal data”, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Law”), give my consent to MEDIAFEST LLC (TIN 9710026955, PSRN 1177746326680, address: floor 2, premises I, room 206, 11 Maly Kozikhinsky Lane, bldg. 1, Moscow, 123001, Russia) (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

1.1. Registration and booking of free seats (invitations) for screenings of the 10th International Film Festival “Eurasian Bridge”, held on 5–9 October 2026 at the Illusion cinema (the “Festival”).
1.2. Confirming my e-mail address; sending invitations and notices about changes to or cancellation of bookings and screenings.
1.3. Checking invitations and recording admission to the hall.
1.4. Contacting me about my attendance, including on the day of the screening.
1.5. Preparing statistics and reports about the Festival in anonymised form.
1.6. Protecting the registration form from automated and abusive activity.

2. Personal data processed

2.1. First name and last name.
2.2. E-mail address.
2.3. Phone number.
2.4. Affiliation: film and role in the crew, university and year, media outlet or organisation — depending on the invitation category.
2.5. Guest category (filmmaker, student, press, festival guest) and the invitation link used.
2.6. Booking details: selected screenings, number of seats, booking code, booking status.
2.7. Companions' names, if provided.
2.8. Attendance details: the fact, date and time of admission, number of guests admitted.
2.9. Selected interface language.
2.10. Technical data: IP address, browser information (user agent), date and time of consent and its text version, e-mail delivery data.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation.

4. Transfer to third parties

4.1. The registration system is developed, supported and administered by the Operator itself. The Operator may engage the following party to process personal data on its behalf, to the extent necessary for the purposes in section 1, subject to confidentiality and the requirements of the Law:
- Yandex.Cloud LLC (TIN 7704458262, PSRN 1187746678580) — hosting of the registration system and database on servers in the Russian Federation (Yandex Cloud), sending e-mails (Yandex Cloud Postbox), bot protection (Yandex SmartCaptcha, technical data only).

4.2. Gosfilmofond of Russia (Illusion cinema) — first name, last name, number of seats and booking code, to the extent necessary to admit guests to the hall.

4.3. Personal data is not transferred outside the Russian Federation. Personal data is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, clarified and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.

5. Term

5.1. This consent is valid from the date it is given until the purposes are achieved, but no later than 7 January 2027 (90 days after the end of the Festival), or until it is withdrawn.
5.2. After that, personal data is destroyed or anonymised. Anonymised data may be used for statistics.

6. Withdrawal

6.1. I may withdraw this consent at any time by e-mailing v.kolontay@moscowfilmfestival.ru from the e-mail address used for registration, or by a written notice sent to the Operator's address.
6.2. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the personal data within the time limits set by Article 21 of the Law.
6.3. I understand that withdrawing consent will cancel my bookings, since invitations cannot be issued or checked without processing personal data.

7. Other terms

7.1. I confirm that I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
7.2. If I provide companions' names, I confirm that I have informed them that their names will be passed to the Operator for the guest list and have obtained their consent.
7.3. This consent is given electronically by ticking the box in the registration form. The Operator keeps the date and time of consent and the version of its text.
